The office is 10’x11’ suitable for 1 person, two if you get along.
Access to a shared kitchenette and bathroom.
Other tenants are a child literacy nonprofit, an architect, a lighting designer, a design strategist and an engineering R&D consultant.
Your use need not be similar, but our space isn't conducive to someone frequently hosting clients.
Public areas are regularly professionally cleaned. Your office can be as well for $20/mo.
You have your own heater/thermostat. No A/C.
We do require you carry general liability (typically ~$40/mo). I have a guy who can set this up easily.
