The location is @ 1313 Ninth Street at the corner of Gilman Street, above Philz Coffee and across the street from Whole Foods.
This space is for all types of artists, but it has attracted mostly painters.

24 hour access
Month to month rental

Studio Bathrooms
Utility Sink
Central Heating & AC
Metal Rolling Rack with or without plywood walls - for each space.
Shared Off-Street Parking Lot
Great Natural Light! Lots of windows and skylights! Visibility of Bay views!
Each space has its own unique division of wall space and window exposure.
* Prices are generally around $350/month for a 7.5' x 10.5' space.
* Utilities and cleaning fee for each person is $31/month..
We are hosting in person OPEN STUDIOS 2 times a year with the East Bay Open Studios.
