We are a mid-size commercial real estate firm located in Walnut Creek.
Position Summary: Entry Level Administrative Assistant position available. Position entails primarily clerical and administrative duties to allow the smooth operation of the company. This position is part-time and virtual work. Small, high paced environment looking for flexible, self-starting, energetic addition to our team. Applicant must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering preliminary property data
• Word processing
• Research information using the internet and other resources
• Finalizing and processing reports
• Drive throughout the Bay Area is a plus
Qualifications:
• MS Excel, Word/WordPerfect
• Good telephone skills
• Work independently to manage a variety of special projects
• Highest degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality
• Must be able to use initiative, communication well and work collaboratively with others
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive throughout the Bay Area
• Real estate knowledge is a plus
