We are an Auto glass company in Hayward. Seeking office assistant to join our team to work Mon to Friday (9am-3pm) and probably Saturday. We are looking for someone with a positive personality , a self starter , Problem solver and also someone who can manage various tasks independently. Bi-lingual is a must and prefer Spanish Speaking.

Responsibilities:
PROVIDE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
ANSWER PHONES/EMAIL QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY
GIVE QUOTES
CHECK IN CUSTOMER
SCHEDULE CUSTOMER
POST COMPLETED INVOICES
DO CALL BACKS
WILL CALL PARTS FROM VENDORS
KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN AND ORGANIZE
LIGHT HOUSE KEEPING (KEEP AREA CLEANED AND ORGANIZED)

Qualifications
Positive personality
Must be punctual, dependable, responsible and honest
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to Multitask
Able to work well with other employees and vendors
Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking.
Should have a valid drivers license.
