The Office Manager is responsible for all office administrative functions including: phones / reception, daily timesheet recording, office supplies and inventory procurement, accounting records maintenance, daily accounting data entry, daily packaging and coordination of outgoing shipments, and miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
The Office Manager must be very organized, detail oriented and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
Our office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
