We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support daily operations and help keep our projects on tasks. Details:
Pay: $25-$30 per hour -(depending on experience).
Status: Part-time.
Location: Downtown Oakland- hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
Reconcile and maintain accurate financial records.
Organize and maintain digital and physical business records.
Prepare reports for management (monthly summaries, job costing, etc.)
Manage emails, phone calls, and dispatch as needed.
Assist with compliance documents (insurance certificates, vendor files).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support.
Proficiency with Wave, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in trucking, logistics, or construction is a plus (but not required).
Support general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
