Our company is based in Newark CA, we work on Commercial TI, Residential Additions, Renovations and Multi-Family reconstruction projects. We are looking for an office assistant to join our team.

Fulltime position
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
• Perform clerical duties, replying to emails, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
• Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for projects
• Type documents, drafts, and reports
• Update calendars and organize schedules
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
• Communicate with the workers

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
• Proficient in reading and writing English
• Spanish / Korean is a plus
