P/T M – F 9 – 5; 20 – 30 hours/week

Our fast paced landscape architecture firm is seeking a “team player” who is flexible, fun and enjoys helping with a multitude of office tasks on any given day. From organizing, to bookkeeping, to research, to running errands and more; every day is something different and can change at the drop of a hat! If that describes you, please apply.
Qualifications – Must demonstrate all of the following:
Strong bookkeeping skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks
Loves making people happy
Great at the details
Able to switch gears quickly
Communicates proficiently verbally and in writing
Ability to keep company information private
Landscape industry knowledge desirable and willing to learn
Marketing skills a plus
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Client communication; phone, emails, texts, etc.
General administrative duties: filing, copies, data entry, and errands
Bookkeeping and Record keeping
Work with each staff member to provide support as needed
Must have valid driver’s license, own car and valid auto insurance
Must have high school diploma or higher
