We are a busy autobody shop in Hayward CA seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets, estimating software such as CCC, Mitchell.
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Support office management activities including supply inventory, ordering materials, and coordinating maintenance requests
Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring excellent client communication
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistance in an autobody shop is a plus
