Uni-Fab Industries is looking for a highly motivated person to join our rapidly growing company. This position is to join our Estimating Department in the Quote Preparation Group. This is a fast-paced department with a constant flow of High-Volume production quotations and Fast Track (RPM) quotations that have time constraints.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Downloading Customer Documents and Specification
• Preparation Quotation Package for Estimating Group
• Logging and sending Quotations to Customer
• Maintaining Customer Quote Log
• Able to understand and meet quotation deadlines
• Some Document Control processes
Required Technical Background: (Required Skillset)
• Min 5 years in doc control or Order Entry
• Computer skills
• Excel & Word
Required Other:

• Good Communicator
• Organized
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
Educational Background
• GED or better
• Technical Training a PLUS
