Seeking Part Time Office Manager at WaterSprout, Inc.

WaterSprout is currently seeking a skilled Office Manager for our small, conveniently-located Oakland office. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your talent, vision, drive, and experience to our team as WaterSprout, Inc. continues to grow.
The Office Manager supports leadership, designers, and crew with scheduling, accounting, payroll, contracts, insurance, social media content and systems organization. From being a first point of contact for client inquiries to tracking operating costs and employee benefits, the Office Manager directs many priorities of the company's workflow.
At least three years' experience in office management required. QuickBooks, payroll, and Excel proficiency a must. Proven ability to support multiple projects and people concurrently. Strong people skills, problem solving skills, and multitasking skills necessary.
PAY RATE, BENEFITS
Pay rate based upon experience. The position is currently part-time and typically requires 20 - 30 hours per week. Schedule is somewhat flexible but must be during typical company operating hours of 7 to 5 Monday thru Friday. WaterSprout offers employees health plan contributions, paid time off benefits, and profit-sharing plan.
