We are a rapidly growing roofing and exterior remodeling company seeking a motivated, professional, and experienced Sales Representative to help homeowners improve and protect their properties.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly confident, enjoys meeting people, and wants an opportunity with unlimited earning potential. We provide training, support, and leads, but we are looking for someone who can build trust with customers and close deals.
This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to be rewarded based on performance.
* Expected earnings: $10,000–$20,000+ per month

Responsibilities
* Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
* Perform basic property inspections (training provided)
* Educate customers on roofing and exterior improvement solutions
* Prepare and present estimates
* Follow up with prospects
* Build rapport and trust with homeowners
* Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales activities
* Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
* Previous sales experience required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Strong closing and negotiation abilities
* Professional appearance
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Smartphone and basic computer skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to learn technical information about roofing and exterior systems
* Must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when needed (training provided)
