compensation: 16.00-20.00 Hr. Wages above 20.00 Hr based on skill set. Full benefits after probationary period. F/T 40 Hrs.

Construction Company looking for a F/T Administratve Assistant
Must be dependable, reliable, courteous, positive and professional.

Qualifications: Proficient in Quick Books (If you don't know Quick Books, please do not apply)
Good knowledge of Microsoft, Office, Word and Excel. Prevailing wage knowledge a plus.
Ability to multi task with high level of detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and
problem solving skills. Ability to self manage and maintain an organized work station.

Duties to include:
Typing up Quotes, data input, contacting customers to obtain necessary information.
Answering and directing phone calls, filing, scanning, copying and updating databases.

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
Excellent communication skills and works well in a team.

Approximate Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
