Overview
Seeking a highly organized assistant to support business operations with a strong focus on social media content (Instagram + LinkedIn) and backend coordination.
Responsibilities
Content (Primary Focus)
• Create and schedule Instagram & LinkedIn posts
• Organize photo/video content (Dropbox, galleries)
• Edit short-form content (Reels, posts)
• Maintain a consistent, high-end brand look
Operations
• Manage CRM, bookings, and basic client follow-ups
• Coordinate staff scheduling and tracking (2-4 Staff)
• Assist with general business organization
Light Personal Support
• Groceries, returns, scheduling, and household logistics
Requirements
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Experience with Instagram content + basic editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Comfortable learning tools (HoneyBook, Google Drive, etc.)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, dependable
Details
• Up to 5 hrs/week
• $30/hr
• Flexible schedule
