Terminal Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a part-time administrative receptionist to join our team working from Monday to Thursday afternoons. You will be responsible for assisting with the everyday function of the office, i.e., answering phones, emails, office supplies, and other small office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff
- Greet visitors, clients, staff and direct all guests to the appropriate employee, as required
- Assist with organizing office supplies and ordering, as required
- Assist in setting up new employees for all positions, as needed
- File and maintain office records, as required
- Help with a wide variety of tasks working directly with the office manager and company owner
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in other related fields
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat & Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Punctuality and excellent time management, possessing superb communication skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work on a team, and adaptability are the qualities that are necessary for a successful receptionist
