We are a growing company in the bay area looking for a friendly and detail oriented person to join our team.
Daily duties will include
-Greeting and signing in visitors
-Assisting the accounting department with billing invoices
-Answering the phones when our sales team is occupied
-Organizing fedex shipments
-Helping with general customer service inquiries
Hours are Monday- Thursday Noon to close (between 5/7:30 roughly)
