This guitar was designed by Alembic guitars Rick Turner who left Alembic in 1978 to design instruments for Cort Japan. This instrument was manufactured between 78 and 82. It appears in their 1982 catalog and is remarkably similar to Turners earlier instruments from Alembic it's amazing necks are beautifully crafted in a 5 piece maple and walnut neck through design with mahogany wings and center. A 3 position toggle switch enables a 6- 12 string or both necks as options. Dimarzio blade style pickups have duel to single coil switching and a battery powered preamp clean boost switch for gain all brass hardware except for the original chrome tuners. Very Alembic in design. Rosewood fingerboard with wood dot inlays. This is an amazingly versatile and beautifully crafted doubleneck that comes with it's original factory case. Once I sell a couple of guitars on other posts I'll remove this ad and or substantially raise the price of this incredible vintage instrument. No trades will be considered
