50 watt bass amp through a 12" speaker, perfect for home/apartment practice at decent levels, I've used it for small room gigs as well where the drummer was playing at reasonable levels. Very good condition, one small Tolex ding on the back edge that has been repaired with PVC glue that you might be able to redo better than me if you wanted. Lightweight but built like a tank, very transportable (under 40 lbs) would be good for a student who needs to bring an amp to lessons or school without compromising good sound quality. Headphone jack for silent practice, also has a stereo input for phone, mp3 player or any other audio source allowing you to practice with your favorite songs, backing tracks or I plugged in a metronome so I could hear it clearly while practicing. Line out if you wanted to record straight into Garage Band or any digital audio program, or send a direct out to a sound board playing live or even to another amplifier. Treble, mid and bass control with 5 "style" preset sounds for common bass tones of different musical styles from thumping low end to more mid range to cut through mixes. Also a built in limiter to keep the amp clean sounding at full power. Amp has that "punch" that Ampeg is known for, very articulate with no "mush" the 12" speaker is a good balance between 15" speakers that can be too boomy and 10" that can lack low end. Great piece of gear, these went for $300 new, this sounds like the day it was bought.
