Seymour Duncan Blackouts AHB-1b active humbucker pickup bridge position with black plastic cover. I installed it on a guitar that I eventually decided to go back to passive. Output jack was new and not used (as I used existing jack on the guitar). Double sided tape on the metal battery clip is damaged due to removal process. Other than that, the kit is complete as I bought it brand new (minus box and instruction paper). Not interested in trade.
