Cool banjo from Thailand - $30 (oakland north / temescal)

I bought this 4-string banjo in Thailand many years ago. I would see it as more of a decorative piece than a playable instrument. One string is missing, and I think that even with a lot of work the intonation would be off.
The rope by the tuners is just what I used to hang the banjo on the wall. I'll take that off before selling.
