GM Custom electric guitar made by Gene Moles. Gene Moles was a country musician and worked at the Mosrite Factory in Bakersfield. When Mosrite when bankrupt in the late 60s he bought Mosrite necks, bodies and parts and constructed his own custom Mosrite guitars under his name.
The neck, body, trem, bridge, knobs, switch and strap pins are all original 60s Mosrite USA made in Bakersfield. The tuners and pickups are late 60s/70s made in Japan (the same tuners were found on some Mosrite guitars during that time).
The guitar plays well, with the original low profile “speed frets” but it could use a setup. The electronics work well. The trem arm is loose but functional. There are some scratches and wear from use.
$1,300 e-mail or text to buy. I’m located in Fresno but I can meet at Dublin guitar center for serious buyers.
Not looking for trades but might trade for a Gibson SG Standard or Rickenbacker guitar/bass.
