This guitar was sent back to Martin around 5 years ago for a neck reset, new frets, replaced the bridge ( old one in case) , repaired top crack , and installed a Martin “Gold Foil “ pickup ( Fishman Matrix) there is plenty of finish checking Best offer considered
…..so super low action and a joy to play . Beautiful sustain !!!. Easier to play than you might expect. I love this design of a 12 string ( have four) the neck is 12 frets to the body with a slotted headstock which makes the guitar lighter to hold and play!! I think you realize the benefits of Brazilian Rosewood ? Serial number 240050 new strings 7/22
