Here's a fantastic 1979 Yamaha FG-770S. One of the rare Yamaha FG models made with all solid woods rather than laminates, solid spruce top and beautiful solid mahogany back and sides.
This example is in ridiculously good condition even before considering its age. Cosmetically it is near mint without even they typically small dents or scratches you'd expect, it's mint but for a couple of places where the binding is lightly scuffed.
Structurally this guitar is in fantastic condition, with nice low action (2.6mm on the low E at the 12th), and plenty of height on the saddle for adjustments. The neck is straight with tons of room to adjust the truss rod in both directions.
The sound is beautiful, great tone and sustain. This is truly one of the nicest vintage Yamahas I've played, and in all-solid woods to boot!
I have a variety of cases available, please message me if you're interested in adding one. Don't miss your chance to snatch up this scarce beauty!
