Howdy! I'm learning how to repair acoustic instruments and am looking for unwanted acoustic guitars, ukuleles, or mandolins to practice on. I'm interested in all different kinds of repairs, from fixing cracked bodies, refinishing, filing or replacing frets, regluing or replacing bridges, all the way up to resetting necks.

I'd be happy to pay modest amounts for the right project instruments and am also interested in any free junkers you may have sitting around taking up space. I'm happy to come to you to pick up within an hour or so of Berkeley.
