Hi CL. I find myself with too many basses so these sweet ones gotta go. My loss, your gain. Offbeat Guitars makes cool looking instruments using lightweight northern white pine (no, not the soft kind of pine) with vintaged hardware. They are unique and play/sound great.
First up is a "Roxie" 51P bass guitar with a Fralin Split 51P passive pickup with passive volume and tone knob. 30" scale. Maple neck and fingerboard. 1.5" nut. Strung with LaBella low tension flats. (See pics 1-5.) This bass produces a clear and solid tone. Second bass is a "Jackie-O" with an EMG TBDC active pickup. 30" scale. Maple neck and fingerboard. 1.5" nut. Super cool patina-d metal pickguard. This bass is nice and punchy while maintaining a full low end. I'm also including a cream-colored EMG TBPA active pickup. It can easily be swapped with the Quik Connect under the pickup. A couple small marks on the headstock (see last pic).
$1400 cash for the Roxie and $1200 cash for Jackie-O. Nice Gator gig bag available for an extra $40.
If interested, please reply via email and be sure to include your name and number if you'd like a response (trying to weed out scammers and bots). If you're reading this ad, then the bass is still available. Email asking only if it's available will be ignored (those scammers and bots again).
