The Pro Block 200 contains loads of tone-shaping power. The left half of the Gain control is suitable for line-level signals like keyboards or external preamps, while the right half of its range gives you enough breakup to add character to your guitar. The Tri-Q and Hi-Cut knobs give you access to sounds that are flat, mid-scooped, bright, mellow, and more. You also get a limiter to reduce distortion and maintain low-level sustain, as well as reverb to add space and dimension to your playing.
At four lbs., it’s so light a toddler could carry it — one-handed! Plug it into Quilter’s 2x8W cabinet (sold separately), and you’ve got an all-in-one amp rig that weighs less than a wiener dog. There’s nothing lightweight about the Pro Block 200’s performance, however. The Master control enables you to dial the amp from 0 to 200 watts — that’s everything from a bedroom player’s 1 x 8" to a gig-ready 4 x 12" cabinet.
