Here's a beautiful 1974 Martin D12-20. Playing very well with good action, lovely tone and sustain, and good volume when played forcefully. Freshly set up and ready to go.
A typical top crack on the treble side was likely caused by shrinkage of the original pickguard. It has been glued and cleated very well, and a modern Martin replacement pickguard is a very close fit to the original footprint.
In excellent cosmetic condition, with one noticable blemish on the front that has been sealed but is discolored, and a few other small dings and scuffs that are not particularly noticable unless looked for. The bridge has previously been partially lowered but could be reduced further and there remains additional room on the saddle for adjustments, so it should continue playing nicely for a good long time before a neck set is needed.
Comes with a fitting chip case, but I do have a hard case available for $100. Shipping available, fast, well protected, and fully insured.
