This is a great acoustic bass in great shape, sounding good and playing well. It's loud enough for small jams and can be amplified as needed, and has the usual Martin quality build. Made of a solid sapele body, solid spruce top, and ebony fretboard, it has a built in tuner, with volume, notch, and phase controls. Currently strung with D'Addario tape-wound strings for that upright bass sound, the action is quite comfortable. Comes with a hard case in good shape.
