This is from the collection of a friend who is selling due to health issues. Bought new as an investment and never played. Lovely flamed maple top. A marvelous blend of traditional quality and feel with a few tasteful updates such as push/pull coil taps for the pickups and locking Grover tuners. Just gave her new strings and a pro setup. Features:
Body: Traditional weight-relieved mahogany back with an A-grade carved maple top.
Neck: Quartersawn mahogany, Gibson 60s "Slim Taper" C-shape.
Fingerboard: Rosewood with pearloid trapezoid inlays (12" radius).
Electronics: Zebra-coil humbuckers; '57 Classic in the neck and a Burstbucker 3 in the bridge. 2 Volume, 2 Tone, 3-way toggle switch. Both volume pots feature push/pull coil-tapping for single-coil sounds.
Hardware: Grover Rotomatic locking tuning machines, Chrome Nashville Tune-o-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece.
