Purchased/setup brand new from the legendary Music Villa in 2024. Kept in case and monitored humidity. Minimal play. Set up with Martin Authentic Acoustic Guitar Strings - Lifespan 2.0 treated light gauge strings (MA540T). Selling because I just ended up purchasing a much cheaper Gibson dreadnought guitar and this Martin is too nice for my playing ability
Cost $5500+tax and very difficult combination to find, especially Short Scale 24.9"
