The guitar plays great and sounds great. It is in good condition, straight neck, no cracking. There are some scratches (check pics) but what you'd expect within reason for a nearly 40 year old players-guitar. The under saddle pickup is a Seymour Duncan I believe and it works great.

The Yamaha FG-450S guitars were only made for four years, from 1985 to 1989. It has a solid Spruce top. The sides and back are made of Ovangkol, a rare tonewood. Neck is Nato , fretboard is Indian Rosewood,
