Mosko V.1 Backcountry Scout 25L panniers - $700 (albany / el cerrito)

I travel to the Bay Area on occasion. Bags are in Reno, NV. currently.
I have Mosko (Version 1) Backcountry Scout 25L (liter) that I can bring on a trip to the Bay Area.
Bags are in great shape with very slight cosmetic scratches. (see pics). 1 Blue "E-clip" (out of 4) is missing (finger pics pointing at with and without). Easily replaceable with "G" clips from Mosko.
Adjustable wedge mounts are included (second picture). The wedge mounts clamp to a tubular rack, and have quick release retainers.
Mine would be better suited for commuting as they are not as bulky as 35's. My GF says (following me) they don't extend beyond my bars.
Also, (from Youtube) these are better suited for 300cc 450cc 500cc or 650cc bikes, as they are better suited for "rough and tumble" riding for that class of bike.
And, they are especially rain-proof, having a dry bag inside.
No low balls, or trades, please. These bags currently retail for well over $1300, plus tax, and shipping.
