We have a Powder Coating Manager position available now.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the powder coating process and lead a team of 2-3 Powder Coaters, as needed.
2. Prepare surfaces and apply powder coatings per customer specifications.
3. Operate and maintain all coating equipment including electrostatic spray guns, wash systems, curing ovens, and spray enclosures.
4. Routinely perform inventory and source consumables, PPE, and powders.

Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of experience supervising a powder coating operation.
2. Experience powder coating semiconductor parts.
3. Understand paint specifications and technical drawings.
4. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
5. High attention to detail and precision.
6. Able to source supplies.
