We are still growing and are in immediate need of a Production Manager to join us in our Pittsburg, CA office
Production Manager must be able to ensure the efficient and timely production of materials (product) per Engineering specifications and customer’s approved submittals, manage production team to maximize efficiency while continuously monitoring expense

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities will include:
1. Plan, implement and control production schedule for timely product shipment
2. Hire, retain and train production team to meet production targets
3. Keep President apprised of equipment use, maintenance and procurement
4. Create standard operating procedures and ensure adherence
5. Monitor quality of products
6. Assist in new product development via R&D
7. All other duties as assigned
8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public
Skill Set Required
Knowledge & experience in production and manufacturing processes & techniques

Knowledge of basic engineering & technology principles and practices
