We are a fast-growing company looking for a reliable, hard-working Packaging Associate to join our team. You will be hand-filling, sealing, and labeling Mylar bags across multiple product SKUs while hitting daily production targets. Responsibilities:
- Hand-fill and seal Mylar bags accurately across multiple product SKUs
- Count, sort, and label finished product per packaging standards
- Work at a consistent pace to meet daily production targets
- Follow all packaging SOPs accurately and consistently
- Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Prior packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record
- Responsible, accountable, and able to work independently
- Must be 21+ years of age
