Join our team as an Entry-Level Die Casting Production Worker and play a key role in manufacturing high-precision metal parts for the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries. This is a union position and will require union membership.
What you will do:
• Operate and monitor die casting machines to produce metal parts according to strict specifications.
• Load metal ingots into furnaces and safely transfer molten metal to the casting machine.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, inspecting for defects and ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Trim and finish excess material from cast parts using hand tools and trimming presses.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth production flow.
What you will need:
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed work instructions and perform accurate quality checks.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Minded: Commitment to following all safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: First shift (5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
Ability to work OT and mandatory OT and early start (3:00 a.m.) as needed required by the company.
