Operate and support equipment used in R&D battery fabrication and assembly processes (e.g. sealers, cutters, presses, ultrasonic welders)
Set up test fixtures, load/unload cells, perform tests, and ensure proper test configuration and documentation
2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical, laboratory, or precision manufacturing environment (e.g., batteries, semiconductors, medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
Working knowledge of safety practices, including chemical handling, PPE, and lab protocols
Hours are from 9am-5:30pm with some flexibility.
3-5 days per week
