Probe card test using electrometer (leakage testing) Use of metrology machines
on probe cards to ensure customer specifications. Test and troubleshoot
complex probe cards and recommend corrective actions. Visual inspection of boards
to ensure flatness of boards. Calibrate QA metrology equipment to ensure precise
and accurate measurements. Create and load reference test files in to
the computer. Computer skills/Excel. Lift up to 50 lbs.
