We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator who can run parts independently, maintain quality, and keep production moving. This is a hands-on role on the shop floor, working with tight tolerances and a variety of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain part quality and meet production deadlines
Make basic tool offsets and adjustments as needed
Keep machines and work area clean and organized
Work closely with team members to keep jobs on track
Requirements
3+ years CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals and tolerances
Ability to read blueprints and use standard inspection tools
Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or copper preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
