We are looking for a reliable, Assembler, Electro Mechanical to join our production and assembly team. If you love taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together better than before, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for assembling, testing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of mechanical and electrical components.
What You’ll Do:
• Assemble and install light mechanical assemblies, electrical panels, and wiring harnesses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions.
• Use standard hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (multimeters, calipers).
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of basic mechanical drawings and electrical circuits.
• Mindset: Great attention to detail and self-learner.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Big Pluses (Not required, but let us know if you have them!):
• Soldering: Strong precision soldering skills (through-hole or surface mount).
• Electronic Troubleshooting: Experience diagnosing component-level issues on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
