We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Artisan / Associate to support our production and inventory operations for Objects. This hands-on role involves assembling and preparing product kits, maintaining inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare product kits according to company standards.
- Inspect materials and finished items for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
- Receive, count, label, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping or distribution.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient.
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable performing hands-on assembly and production work.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic inventory or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
