You seen me getting harassed and handcuffed by cops 11/16 on Portland Ave near the Ohlone Greenway in Albany and offered to tag me in the video you took of the situation. You mentioned to the cops that I didn't do anything wrong and that you seen me riding my bike around all the time. I have the anime wrapped bike with skateboard on front rack.
