Selling my 2016 Honda Africa Twin DCT with 45,000 miles on it. It’s an amazing bike, but I bought it when I really wanted this 2015 CBR1000RR and now I’m trying to sell this one to get a bike like that instead.
I bought this from DD Motorsports a few years ago in Marysville. Less than 500 miles ago: new tires, oil change, general tune up, new brake pads, brake bleed. About 1000 miles ago I got a new ratio motor installed from the Honda factory after it was recalled. Could use a chain lube, but otherwise this thing is *powerful* starting and stopping. It’s also surprisingly agile for its size and weight, the saddle height is much lower than other bikes with this wheel size and clearance.
Lowsided once at low speed by previous owner on the left, with minor cosmetic issues.
It comes with a windshield eliminator, a Givi luggage rack, an engine shield, and a sticker someone put on the gas tank while I was parked outside a pub in Oakland that just says “hello friend!”
Open to trades for 2008-and-newer 600 and 1000cc sport bikes, with a preference for Hondas.
Test rides most days with cash and M1 license in-hand. Text for YouTube link to video of starting and idling.
