I have some extra NEW and never used Simpson Strongtie hold down bolts available. They are extras due to a couple change orders that occurred.

- 8 Simpson SB5/8 x 24 These are the ones with a slight curve/sweep in them making them easier to work into tight spots in forms or point in a certain direction especially in corners.

- 8 Simpson PAB5-24 These are the straight ones, no curves.

All are 5/8 diameter by 24 inches and come pre-assembled with the washer and double nuts from Simpson. These are commonly used in today's sheer wall applications that use Simpson HDU hold downs.

- Can be used for new construction, remodel, home addition, ADU, Etc.
