We have 74 boxes remaining, each box equals 24.41 sq feet.
8” wide, 75” long and 9/16 thickness. French oak. This wood can be refinished and stained.
Bought new during the pandemic when we were all stuck at home improving our homes, we own and operate a construction company, so this has been stored property. We are selling for the price that we purchased it for, minus the tax we paid... The price has gone up significantly since we purchased this, and the flooring is still in band new condition. We would love to sell all of it, but if you have a smaller project that you would like luxury flooring for at a reasonable price, please let us know! The price is firm, because we are trying to recover what we bought it for.
