Plate is 4.5 x 3.88”
Bolt pattern is about 3 x 3 or 3.5 x 2.75” (slotted).
Swivel (with brake) and fixed. I have about 30 of each type. $40 for a mixed set of four or $15 ea. for swivel and $10 ea. for fixed.
Note: wheels have some light dirt/dust on them from moving the carts around for disassembly. See second photo.
