What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage our entire marketing budget with an ROI mindset
Elevate our brand to attract not just buyers/sellers, but future clients
Drive strategy across SEO, website, Google Ads, AI tools, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and video content
Create engaging photo/video/short-form content + manage posting calendars
Track performance, report results, and refine strategy for maximum impact
Who You Are:
A marketing pro with 2+ years of digital strategy + execution experience
Skilled in SEO, PPC, content strategy, social media marketing, email automation, and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Creative, data-driven, and ROI-focused
Tech-savvy and innovative — not afraid to leverage AI and automation
Flexible, collaborative, and ready to bring fresh ideas
