Our packaged home kits are built of higher quality materials such as full DRY 2 x 6 Douglas Fir lumber, OSB sheathing, lifetime warranted Milgard windows and sliding doors, and engineered roof trusses. All structural elements are cut and put together in an indoor, highly controlled factory environment with the extreme precision of computer guided machinery. The same quality of construction cannot be achieved by sawing and nailing together framing pieces on site.
