Taylor Kientzel is a skills coach who focuses on all areas of the offensive skill set. Taylor uses innovative methods and techniques in his training sessions to develop players' raw skills.

A former Division 1 Track & Field Athlete (University of California, Berkeley), Taylor's first love was basketball. Upon graduation from Cal, Taylor made his way back into basketball, spending a year on the coaching staffs at both Santa Cruz High School and UC Davis. Since 2016, Taylor has focused on individual skill development and has worked with dozens of players in 1-on-1 and group settings. In 2018, Taylor met Micah Lancaster (NBA trainer & founder of I'm Possible Training) and soon thereafter became a certified I'm Possible Skill Enhancement Trainer.

Taylor's workouts are intense, focused, fun, and informative. He believes that the work done during his training sessions are a supplement to the work that must be done by a player on their own in order to see noticeable improvement. Because of this, Taylor's sessions are designed to not only create improvement from the beginning of one session to the end of that session, but also to teach players effective training methods that they can use on their own.

I'm Possible Training is the world's largest basketball training organization. The methods used in Taylor's program are the same methods used by Micah Lancaster (founder of I'm Possible) and other I'm Possible trainers to train NBA players such as Kyrie Irving, Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Brandon Ingram.

Using the disciplined and focused methods developed by I'm Possible Training, Taylor's program aims to identify and attack players' weaknesses and deficiencies. Taylor uses the group setting to foster an energetic and competitive environment, while ensuring that each player gets a high quantity of high-quality reps.
