I'm Mike Wright, a graduate of Yale Law School with a 175 on the October 2010 LSAT, former Blueprint LSAT instructor, and the founder of Wright Minded, a one-to-one, in-home LSAT/SAT prep and application counseling service in the Bay Area (from SF/Berkeley all the way down to San Jose).
Wright Minded operates on a "buy one, give one" basis -- each hour of tutoring purchased directly funds an hour of one-on-one SAT tutoring or college application counseling for a low-income student here in the Bay.
While my SAT prep service and pro bono project are relatively new, I have years of experience as a private LSAT tutor and law school admissions counselor. Over the years I've familiarized myself with the methods of all the major LSAT preparation companies -- from Kaplan, to 7Sage, to PowerScore, to Blueprint. Sometimes one company's method is straight-up better than another's; sometimes it depends on the student. Work with me to get personalized advice on which methods to apply based on your unique strengths and style of thinking, and give a low-income student in the Bay Area the opportunity to do the same at the SAT / college level.
I am currently accepting clients preparing for the November 2018 test and beyond. All client relationships begin with a free 1-hour consultation, and all meetings take place at whatever time and location is most convenient for you. For a limited time, I am offering a special introductory rate of $220 per in-person hour for all services.

"Mike was the best tutor I have ever worked with. He not only helped me significantly increase my score (from 85th percentile to 98th) after only 2 months of working together, but he was also incredibly flexible and easy to work with. I would recommend him to any friend or family member." - R. M.
